6. Store Pickup Policy

Petra Gourmet Bakery currently offers store pickup only. We do not provide delivery or shipping services at this time.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

It is the customer's responsibility to collect the order within the specified pickup window. Once the order has been picked up, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Petra Gourmet Bakery is not responsible for product damage, spoilage, or quality issues once the order has been collected.

7. Freshness & Storage

Our products are baked fresh and are best enjoyed within the recommended timeframe after pickup.

Customers are responsible for proper storage of products after pickup. Petra Gourmet Bakery cannot guarantee product quality if items are stored improperly.
