Because our products are freshly prepared baked goods and are considered perishable food items, we maintain a strict all sales are final policy. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all purchases made through Petra Gourmet Bakery are final.

We do not accept:

Returns
Exchanges
Refunds

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing checkout.

Order Issues

If you believe there is an issue with your order, such as receiving an incorrect item or a missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.

While refunds are not provided, we may review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Perishable Product Policy

Our baked goods are prepared fresh in small batches using carefully selected ingredients.

Because these items are food products, we cannot accept returns once the product has left our premises. For food safety and hygiene reasons, returned food items cannot be resold or reused.

Pickup Responsibility

Petra Gourmet Bakery currently offers store pickup only. We do not offer delivery or shipping services at this time.

Once an order has been picked up, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Petra Gourmet Bakery is not responsible for:

Damage after pickup
Improper storage of products
Changes in product quality after pickup

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:

Wheat
Gluten
Dairy
Eggs
Nuts
Seeds

While we take care during preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before placing an order. Refunds or replacements will not be issued due to allergic reactions or ingredient sensitivities.
